If you call our toll-free number you can definitly leave a message for us with information about your property.  Our line is open 24 hours a day.  Please note that we do prefer website submissions and that our response is much quicker if properties are submitted through our secure web form.

The main goal of our company is to invest in our family’s future through land acquisition.  We also like to make improvements to certain properties for future buyers who can better utilize the property.

A purchase agreement is a legal document that is essentailly an agreement between our company and you to purchase your property at certain terms we have agreed upon and spelled out in the agreement. 

"How do I get paid for my property?"

We will begin our Due Diligence process to determin whether the purchase of your property is aligned with our overall business goals immediatily when we recieve your information.  We will then get you a purhase agreement to sign. We try to close on all properties within 30 days of an agreement. 

Once we have checked all of our boxes we will decide on a date to close.  We will handle all of the work on our end to legally make sure all of the documents are in place and on the date specified we will make sure the documents are prepared for you to sign at a location and time of your choosing.  After everything is done we will record the deed transfer in the county records.  

Once the Deed transfer is complete we will send you a cashiers check or wire the money directly to your account, or any other conveneint method that works for you.
